Using mindfulness practices and mindful listening exercises, we will explore what it means to communicate mindfully and practice tools that we can utilize in our interactions with others in our daily lives. We will also explore the six points of mindful speech as a means of recognizing patterns. By becoming aware of how we communicate with others we can begin to improve our inter-personal skills.
