Fall has arrived and suddenly everything is "pumpkin and pumpkin spice" Pumpkin is a delicious vegetable that primarily is used in the Fall. Learn about how pumpkin is becoming so popular due to its nutritional value. Paint your own mug and taste some delicious salads made with pumpkin as well as some pumpkin spice coffee. Wendy Gordon is a chef and Chair of Hospitality and Tourism and Sherrill Wilson is a professor of Urban Anthropology at Rockland Community College. This program is free but registration is necessary. Registration begins September 18th. Register on the library website mahwahlibrary.org or call the Information desk at 201-529-7323.
