View a video on olive oil harvesting and pressing, and learn about the differences between various olive oils such as extra virgin, virgin, cold pressed and others. Taste several olive oils from Spain, Greece and Italy and also enjoy an olive oil cake and create a beautiful olive oil carafe. Wendy Gordon is a chef and Chair of Hospitality and Tourism and Sherrill Wilson is a professor of Urban Anthropology at Rockland Community College. This program is free but registration is necessary.
