Yoga strengthens the mind, body, and spirit. Come join us for a special Singing Bowls Yoga to learn the basic yoga poses, breathing techniques, and how to feel in balance on and off the mat (all while accompanied by the meditative sounds of the “Singing Bowls”. Come in comfortable clothes so that you can move freely. Bring a yoga mat, towel, water, and a positive spirit. Check with your doctor before beginning any exercise program. There is no registration but space is limited to the first 32 people who arrive at class. Monetary donations will be accepted.
