1. Eligibility: No purchase required. All applicable federal, state and local laws and regulations apply. Void where prohibited by law. Open to Bergen County residents 18 years of age or older as of the date of this entry. Employees of Wainscot Media (including BERGEN magazine), as well as their immediate families, are not eligible to enter or win any prize(s). This contest is being held from June 5, 2017, to June 25, 2017. All entries must be received during the contest period. Only one entry allowed per person during the contest period.
2. Entries: Complete the entry form at bergenmag.com or healthandlifemags.com/bergen. Your entry must be received no later than June 25, 2017. No correspondence will be answered. BERGEN magazine will not be responsible for lost, late, misdirected, incomplete, incorrect or otherwise undeliverable entries.
3. Prizes: On or about June 26, 2017, a random drawing from all eligible entries will be conducted. All decisions are final. Odds of winning depend on the number of eligible entries received. Winner will be notified by phone or e-mail. Prize(s) must be claimed no later than July 26, 2017. Prizes not claimed within such time will be given to an alternate winner. Prize(s) are not transferable and may not be given, bartered or sold. There are no cash prizes or prize substitutes. Winners are responsible for all local, state and federal income taxes associated with winning the prize(s).
4. Limitations of Liability: Entrants agree to be bound by these rules and that the decision regarding the winner is final. Entrants agree to release, discharge and save harmless Wainscot Media, its officers, directors, employees, subsidiaries and affiliates from and against any and all injuries, liability, losses and damages of any kind resulting from entrants’ participation in this contest and/or entrants’ acceptance, use, misuse or possession of any prize, or lost or misdirected prizes.
