During the Art of Living Happiness Program, you will discover your unlimited power and freedom as a direct experience. Research has demonstrated that the breathing technique taught in the program and the related practices can bring a significant relief from stress and associated issues. Program will include light yoga, a breathing technique and guided meditation.
