Rangel Dental has been the go-to dental practice for many in the Morristown area since 2005, when New Jersey native Dr. Lisa Rangel opened her practice. Since then, Dr. Rangel, who received her Doctorate of Medical Dentistry from the University of Pennsylvania School of Medicine and completed her residency at Morristown Medical Center, where she now teaches residents, has garnered numerous accolades and awards for her dedication, skill, and overall excellence.

Like Dr. Rangel, Dr. Meha Sheth is also a New Jersey native who is passionate about dentistry and proud to continue her career at Rangel Dental. She received her Doctor of Dental Medicine degree from Rutgers University School of Medicine before completing her residency at Morristown Medical Center, where she first worked with Dr. Rangel.

Rangel Dental offers a full range of general, restorative, and cosmetic dental services including dental implants,Invisalign clear aligners, 3D dental x-rays, dental extractions, and obstructive sleep apnea treatment.

“We also use modern CAD/CAM technology, which allows us to offer same-day crowns by using digital impressions instead of ‘goopy’ impression materials,” says Dr. Rangel.

When it comes to their practice philosophy, Dr. Rangel and Dr. Sheth aim to do the least amount of dentistry that can still provide a beautiful, functional, and healthy result. “We try to be as conservative as possible,” Dr. Rangel says. “When we catch a cavity forming at the very early stages, we can now treat it with a non-invasive, drill-free application. The process, called guided hydroxyapatite regeneration, is painless and takes as little as five minutes.”

Both doctors are active members of the American Dental Association. Dr. Sheth was awarded her Fellowship in the Academy of General Dentistry in 2022. Dr. Rangel was awarded her Masters in the same academy in 2017 and was awarded the Lifelong Service and Recognition Award in 2025.
