Jason Tuvel has practiced law for over 20 years, building a reputation as an attorney who advocates for the rights of his clients across all 21 counties of New Jersey. Jason has honed his legal expertise in land use, planning and zoning, municipal law, and real estate development law. Since becoming a partner at Prime Tuvel & Miceli in 2016, Jason has expanded the firm’s footprint into North Jersey and currently leads the legal team in their Hackensack and Hoboken locations. For over 50 years, Prime Tuvel & Miceli has expertly and rigorously represented its clients, whose backgrounds range from commercial clients and real estate developers to home builders and homeowners who are applying for site plan, subdivision, and variance approvals.

Jason earned his undergraduate degree from Rutgers University in New Brunswick and his J.D. Law Degree from Rutgers School of Law in Newark. Jason’s leadership roles have included serving as the Director of the Land Use Section for the New Jersey State Bar Association. He is a member of the American Bar Association and the New York State Bar Association. Jason regularly speaks for NJICLE and the New Jersey State Bar Association on various land use topics—from introduction courses for entry level practitioners to more complex subjects for seasoned attorneys. Additionally, Jason has been named to the New Jersey Super Lawyers list from 2022 through 2027 and was previously selected to the New Jersey Rising Stars list from 2011 to 2019.
