Sheila O’Shea-Criscione brings more than 30 years of experience in employment and education law, representing employees, teachers, students, and small businesses. A qualified R. 1:40 mediator, she is a Trustee of the Bergen County Bar Association, President of Women Lawyers in Bergen, and a Master of the Justice Morris Pashman Inn of Court. She has also taught graduate and undergraduate courses as an adjunct professor at Montclair State University for nearly three decades.

Christopher J. Carcich has more than 22 years of experience in business, employment, and insurance law. A SUNY Maritime graduate and former U.S. Merchant Marine Third Officer, he is licensed in New Jersey and New York.

Ellen Marie Walsh brings more than 30 years of experience in employment and education law, representing employees and employers in workplace matters. She also advises businesses on OSHA compliance, employee handbooks and workplace policies, and employee training.
