Penelope Traveling Boutique hit the road in 2014 with their fashion truck (they can usually be found in Highlands or Long Branch but they also park at food truck and wine and beer festivals). Featuring an eclectic mix of designer and showroom samples along with one-of-akind clothing and accessories, the truck is restocked every three weeks. Despite being on wheels, this traveling boutique doesn’t disappoint. It’s a lovely space with a changing room and outdoor lighting for nighttime shoppers.
