After graduating with a degree in Cellular Molecular Biology from the University of Michigan, Dr. Koo went on to earn his dental degree from Columbia University School of Dental and Oral Surgery. He has always been committed to continuing his education in pursuit of excellence. After dental school, Dr. Koo completed an Advanced Education in General Practice Dentistry at Columbia University Presbyterian Hospital. While there, he focused his work on cosmetic dentistry, and as a Junior Faculty member, he became the youngest doctor invited to act as a member on the Board of Admissions for Columbia’s Dental School, Dr. Koo’s alma mater.

Never tired of learning, Dr. Koo pursued advanced programs in aesthetics and implantology. Consistently looking to science for innovative solutions, he attended the prestigious Kois Center in Seattle. He is a member of the ADA, AGD, AACD, ITI and local study groups.

Dr. Koo provides comprehensive dental service, and works together with talented specialists to deliver the highest standards in dental treatment. With an expertly trained and caring staff, Dr. Koo promises each patient the best and most effective care available. He is passionate about treating his patients with compassion, while at the same time, he is serious about educating them, believing that they should be invested in their own treatment.
