Cathy J. Pollak has practiced law for decades, guided by a lifelong passion for advocating for individuals and families and protecting their rights. A highly skilled litigator and mediator, she has extensive experience helping families navigate complex legal issues in a well-organized, cost-effective manner. Her particular expertise includes cases involving forensic accountants and psychologists, integrating their specialized knowledge when required. She is also proficient in preparing Premarital Agreements. Providing clients with highly focused attention is central to her practice, recognizing the great stress and anxiety that often accompany divorce and post-divorce situations. Every client is unique and benefits from a personalized approach, as well as her experience both in and out of the courtroom.

Committed to giving back to both her community and profession, Cathy serves as Chairperson of the Board of Trustees of Center For Hope & Safety, the largest nonprofit organization in Bergen County providing a broad range of services for survivors of domestic violence. Appointed by the New Jersey Supreme Court, she also served terms on the Bergen County District IIA Ethics and Fee Arbitration Committees.
