DR. EDWARD KOZLOVSKY knows that the idea of oral surgery can cause some anxiety. That’s why he uses his calm, compassionate demeanor to help patients get the care they need. That trait, along with performing minimally invasive surgery whenever possible, are reasons why peers voted him as a Top Dentist. Dr. K., as he’s known by most of patients, performs routine and wisdom tooth extraction, dental implant placement, bone regeneration and a variety of cosmetic facial procedures. To ensure that the procedures are completed with the highest level of comfort, IV Sedation and General Anesthesia are available.

Dr. K.’s offices are designed and equipped with patient comfort and health in mind. Offices are outfitted with state-of-the-art operatory suites, digital radiography for lowest possible radiation exposure and a 3D CT scan for pinpoint accuracy during diagnosis and surgery. His practice focuses on incision-free implant placement for faster, pain-free healing, as well as Allon- 4®, a procedure that replaces a poor-fitting denture, or all the failing top or bottom teeth, with just four implants and a non-removable bridge.

Dr. Kozlovsky is a board-certified oral and maxillofacial surgeon with surgical privileges at Raritan Bay Medical Center. He is joined in his practice by Dr. Joseph Miele and Dr. George Sandau.
