DR. LAURENCE M. MILGRIM IS PART OF AN ELITE GROUP of double-board certified plastic surgeons in Bergen County. Dr. Milgrim is certified by the American Board of Facial Plastic and Reconstructive Surgery and the Board of Otolaryngology/Head and Neck Surgery. This rare status gives him the highest training in the aesthetic and functional aspects of the head and face. He’s well-known for his approach to natural-looking rhinoplasty, as well as facelifts, neck lifts, brow lifts and eyelid surgery. Dr. Milgrim also uses non-surgical facial procedures in his new Closter office to rejuvenate the appearance of his clients. During 25-plus years in practice, Dr. Milgrim perfected his sophisticated surgical technique that leaves rhinoplasty patients with a more natural and appealing nose complimenting the shape of the face. His individualized nasal reconstruction technique reduces scarring, bruising and swelling using a tiny incision and minimal grafting. Dr. Milgrim’s “Natural Nose” technique gained him global recognition, and he’s been featured on national television as 
a result. 

Dr. Milgrim’s distinguished training includes a medical degree from The University of Medicine and Dentistry of New Jersey (UMDNJ). He completed a general surgery internship and a facial plastic surgery/otolaryngology/head and neck residency at Montefiore Medical Center/Albert Einstein College of Medicine, where he was chief resident. He completed his facial plastic surgery fellowship at Mount Sinai Medical Center. Dr. Milgrim is a fellow of the American Academy of Otolaryngology-Head and Neck Surgery and the American Academy of Facial Plastic and Reconstructive Surgery. His long list  of accolades includes numerous best doctor awards.

Dr. Milgrim, a native of Alpine, has a friendly, approachable and non-judgmental personality that makes patients exceedingly comfortable. Originally in Teaneck, he’s moved the practice to a new Closter office,  which is open daily for complimentary consultations, and with available evening appointments.
