MARK P. MAROTTA has been given Martindale-Hubbell’s highest rating of “AV PREEMINENT” for both legal ability and ethical standards. Mark draws upon his 33 years of experience in the area of Family Law to advise his litigation (and mediation) clients in a practical manner as they navigate the divorce process. Mr. Marotta is often appointed by Judges and has successfully mediated thousands of cases over the years through the Court’s Economic Mediation Program. He serves as a Panelist on the Passaic County Matrimonial Early Settlement Panel and has been a member of the Bergen County Bar Association’s Family Law Committee for many years. Mr. Marotta has many years of trial experience handling contested divorce actions and post-judgment disputes, involving all aspects of family law.
