Mary Wynn is also an experienced counselor to many condominium associations and HOAs, known for her expertise in guiding their Boards in all aspects of that field, notably including pursuing construction claims against developers, negotiating major contracts and assuring proper corporate governance. A Duke engineer and Yale Law grad, she spent her initial working years as a systems engineer and consultant, and that experience continues to benefit her clients in many ways.
