Dr. Castagna places a high priority on the aesthetics regardless of a patient’s age. “Every patient can get clear braces for no extra fee,” he says. “We offer Invisalign, and we do a lot of cases with inconspicuous lingual braces which few offices in this area offer.” Dr. Castagna also knows that no one likes impressions and his office’s new intraoral scanner eliminates that uncomfortable step. Dr. Castagna, who earned his credentials from Princeton, Columbia and Montefiore, remembers the moment when he chose to become an orthodontist, “Once I experienced how improving a child’s smile could exponentially improve their life, I was hooked.”
