He recovered $4.45 million for a minor injured by a drunk driver as well as $1.8 million for an architect injured on a job site in the Meadowlands. Throughout his career he has recovered hundreds of millions of dollars for his clients.

Mr. DiGirolamo and Mr. Maggiano were both part of the lead trial counsel in the Mass Tort, In Re Tropicana Garage Collapse Case which resolved for over $100 Million Dollars, believed to be the largest construction accident settlement in United States history.
