Set to open in Clark, Paragon Tap & Table seems likely to be a mouthwatering hit. Chef-owner Eric LeVine of Morris Tap & Table in Randolph has received much recognition for his award-winning menu and promises to offer all the same hottest items—flatbreads, craft burgers, wings and more—at the new gastropub. Delicious new items, cocktails and 20 artisan craft beers on tap are a few additions to be made and patrons will get the chance to dine in the “P2 dining room,” which will feature changing prix fixe menus. Since the beer list at Morris Tap & Table has been referred to as the best in the state, we can’t wait to see if the list at Paragon Tap & Table is just as good—or better. The restaurant will also offer catering, cooking classes, and beer and wine dinners.
