Good news for the parents of bored couch potatoes this summer: The annual Red Bank River Rangers program has been resurrected for the 2017 summer season. (The program was cancelled last summer but it makes its triumphant return—much to the delight of residents.) This five-day program for children ages 10 to 14 takes place in July and August at the Navesink River. Participants get to learn about marine life and small-craft boating while working on social and leadership skills.
