AFTER LITIGATING DOMESTIC US AND INTERNATIONAL DISPUTES in New York and New Jersey federal and state courts for more than 40 years, Robert Bartkus now concentrates his practice at Anselmi & Carvelli, LLP (in Florham Park / Morristown and New York City) as an arbitrator and mediator with the American Arbitration Association (commercial, international, consumer, and complex cases and appeals) and federal district court. He is co-author of NJ Arbitration Handbook; a contributor to Interim Measures for US Arbitration; and a Fellow of the College of Commercial Arbitrators; and a Member of the National Academy of Distinguished Neutrals. A graduate of Stanford Law School (1976) and Swarthmore College (1968), Bob was on active duty as an officer in the US Navy from 1968 to 1973.
