She Shoots, She Scores!
Mahwah’s smallest soccer player prepares for the start of the season.
Soccer may not be the most popular sport in America the way it is in most of the rest of the world, but it is certainly beloved in this little girl’s heart. In Mahwah’s Continental Soldiers Field, 2-year-old Aoibheann O’Brien rushed down the field with her soccer ball on a bright day over Labor Day Weekend. Her father, Patrick, posted a video of his daughter’s vigorous training montage to his Instagram, setting the footage to “The Eye of The Tiger”. He says she’s been practicing soccer for the past year, and that heading outside was the perfect way to enjoy the lovely 73-degree day.
