“We aren't your typical jewelry store,” says Nancy Schuring, owner of Devon Fine Jewelry. Nancy grew Devon from a small apartment back in 1975 to her showroom in Wyckoff catering to clientele seeking the largest selection of diamonds and colored gemstones in Northern NJ. Devon exclusively carries the Fire Cushion diamond, a unique soft, square cut only found at a handful of jewelry stores in the country and a favorite among engaged couples. Devon also carries custom map necklaces by A. Jaffe, on which a diamond precisely marks any special address in the world on a tiny engraved map. What sets Devon further apart from other jewelers is the way in which they can redesign a diamond to make it appear larger than it really is. “We call it the Devon magic touch,” says Nancy about their secret method to enlarging diamonds. “Isn’t that what every woman wants?” The answer is a resounding “yes!”
