Tour the History of Morristown

Morris County Tourism Bureau (MCTB) is invites all Morristown residents (and anyone else who might be interested) to join the “Morristown in 3 Centuries” tour this summer. The tour describes over three hundred years of Morristown history, from its first piece of land to its recent additions.

The tour will be held from Saturday mornings at 10a.m. June 18th – August 13th (excluding July 2nd) by Mark Texel, Director of the Morris County Park Commission’s Historic Sites Division in Morristown, and Ted Edgar, a former U.S. National Park ranger at Morristown National Historical Park. “Morristown in 3 Centuries” begins at 6 Court Street, Morristown. The tour will last approximately 90 minutes and group size is limited to 25.
