Where To Watch The World Cup
You’ll never miss a second of the action at community viewing parties and sports bars in our counties.

After months of lead up and anticipation, it’s finally arrived! The FIFA World Cup begins on June 11, staging one of the biggest sporting events in the world all over North America—including our own backyard. Starting on June 13, MetLife Stadium in East Rutherford is hosting eight games over the course of the tournament, including the finals on July 19. In addition, Brazil’s World Cup team has set up its home base at pro soccer team New York Red Bulls’ training facility in Morris Township.
If you didn’t score tickets to see these games live, you don’t have to miss out on the fun. All over Morris and Essex, there are watch parties, community events and great sports bars where you can get into the spirit—whether you’re a seasoned fan or just starting to catch the soccer bug.
Watch parties & events
- June 11–July 19. Hanover’s All Seasons Golf & Social Club hosts a watch party for every game in the tournament with food and drink specials and lots of screens to catch all the action.
- June 12. The Morris Elite Soccer Club hosts a watch party of the USA vs. Paraguay game at the Office Tavern Grill in Morristown. Kickoff is at 8 p.m.
- June 20. At Millburn’s Taylor Park at 10 a.m., kids can take part in a World Cup Skills Day filled with fitness, fun, soccer tips and an introduction to the rules for all.
- June 20. The Ivy Hill Soccer Fest 2026 comes to Newark’s Ivy Hill Park for a day of soccer action. It includes a “youth combine”—a chance for young local athletes to show off their skills for the audience and pro scouts.
- June 24. Newark is one of the USA’s Flag Cities for this event, and you’ll find an all-day Fan Festival at the Mulberry Commons starting at 4 p.m. Watch Scotland vs Brazil and Morocco vs Haiti while enjoying live music, a beer garden, food trucks, global cuisine, kids’ activities and more.
- July 19. Return to Taylor Park for the Millburn-Short Hills World Cup Final Viewing Party. Starting at 2 p.m., you can watch the game on a massive LED screen. In addition, you can check out live music, local food vendors and kids’ entertainment.
