We love chocolate bunnies and marshmallow chicks as much as the next person, but when it comes to celebrating Easter with the family, feasting on a full brunch or dinner is what we look forward to most. And that doesn’t necessarily mean that you have to prepare the feast. From traditional omelets and French toast in the morning to prime rib and pork loin for supper, there are plenty of ways to satisfy our cravings—and have someone else do the work.

Here in Bergen, there is no shortage of restaurants offering special menus on Easter, April 17. Tables are filling up fast, so remember to book your reservation soon. Below is a sampling of eateries with Easter specials:

Biagio’s, Paramus. Come hungry for the brunch buffet, which includes omelet and carving stations, or save your appetite for dinner specials like roast leg of lamb or colossal stuffed shrimp.

The Brick House, Wyckoff. The all-you-can-eat lunch buffet has pasta and carving stations as well as a Tuscan table with Italian dishes and a dessert spread for those with a sweet tooth. The Easter a la carte menu has items like surf and turf and swordfish topped with bruschetta.
