Who doesn’t love the idea of something being endless? We can’t make the upcoming summer last forever or give you unlimited hours on the weekends, but can we offer you endless mimosas?

This well-loved brunch tradition is a perfect way to make any weekend special, but with National Mimosa Day taking place on May 16, it’s at the front of our minds. This cocktail, made of orange juice and Champagne or sparkling wine, goes great with pancakes, finger foods and long hours chatting with friends.
