Just because Mother’s Day is in the rearview mirror doesn’t mean you and your crew have to say goodbye to everyone’s favorite brunchtime cocktail. National Mimosa Day, May 16, is the time to raise a glass of that simple yet delicious sip made with Champagne (or another sparkling wine) and orange juice.
