Hockey In Your Own Backyard
This Waldwick family enjoyed good times and an exciting first on their own backyard ice rink.
The season for this Waldwick family’s outdoor hockey rink was short but eventful. Though the Emmerling’s rink’s life was cut short by a fallen tree branch, which put a hole in the base tarp, it served its job well. Older son Christian invited friends for an ice hockey practice, while younger son Ted, who is just over a year old, tried skating for the very first time in his backyard. The boys’ father, Sean, uploaded this compilation video and commented, “It was a great season.”
