A spirited entrepreneur, consistently recognized with industry honors, David Arabia understands that success doesn’t come to you, you go get it. In 2023, when he launched Corcoran Infinity Properties under the brand’s luminous name, David’s vision of success for his boutique company was slightly different from others in the industry. Coming from a background as a 25-year independent agent, he knew firsthand that investing in professional development, providing real growth opportunities, sourcing qualified leads and establishing a network of support for his agents would be the key to building his business.

Since opening the doors less than a year ago, David has added nearly 40 agents to his brokerage roster, many well known as Northern New Jersey’s top-ranked sales agents. Now David’s team of more than 90 agents receive consistent feedback acknowledging that it’s the company culture—collaboration, ingenuity and progressiveness—all hallmarks of the brand that continually attract new business.

While focusing on the day-to-day operations of the firm, David maintains an active role as a listing agent for many of his top clients. However, he often brings in top associates from his brokerage as co-listing agents, helping bridge new relationships, offering hands-on coaching and introducing fresh, new energy to dynamic property marketing strategies. Keeping skin in the game also helps David intimately understand the challenges that today’s buyers, sellers and agents face.

Always with an eye toward the future, David plans to soon expand his Bergen County presence beyond his current offices located in Alpine, Cresskill and River Vale. The success he has in mind is most definitely a team effort, one where clients who expect the best are met with agents who can do even better.
