Rec teams aren’t just for child’s play. You can achieve athletic glory and make new friends in these Bergen-based groups.

Who says kids get to have all the fun of team sports? Your love of games and competition doesn’t go away just because you get older, and aging is no reason to stop playing. In fact, joining a team sport as an adult is known to improve endurance, boost your self-esteem and help maintain social bonds. It’s also a great way to make exercise fun, engaging and social.
As the weather warms and we’re all looking for reasons to be outside, check out one of Bergen’s many options for drop-in sports or recreational leagues to make friends and rekindle that competitive spirit. Click the links for individual rules and registration fees!
