5 Bergen Shops That Can Stock Your Seder
Cleaning and prep work for the holiday bogging you down? These stores can take some of the cooking chores off your Passover plate.

From cleaning to cooking, there’s a lot of work that goes into Passover. In addition to the preparation, folks who observe the Jewish holiday (which begins at sundown on April 22) also refrain from consuming bread products, legumes and similar foods for eight days. The tasks are essential parts of the observance—but they sure can be tiring!
There are, however, many Bergen County businesses that can take some of the pressure off you and help with your seder, the ritual feast conducted at the beginning of the holiday. Below are a few options where you can find everything you need, whether you’re hosting a small group or a large get-together. Some are still taking orders to cater the entire seder, but act soon!
Note that while these locations are “kosher style,” some may not be certified Glatt kosher for Passover. Be sure to call before you order to confirm the food meets your preferences.
Foster Village, Bergenfield. Known for its tasty pastrami, this Jewish deli also specializes in complete Passover dinners. Or, if you’d rather pick a choose what you want and how much of each item, opt for the à la carte option.
