Tickets are on sale now for next week’s BERGEN Women’s Health Experience in Paramus.
Want to make your next ladies’ night with family and friends a more meaningful event? Hang out with your crew for a few hours at the annual BERGEN Women’s Health Experience, happening from 5:30 to 8:30 p.m. Tuesday, May 7 at The Terrace at Biagio’s in Paramus. While there, you and your inner circle can enjoy appetizers, light dinner and dessert while learning important information about your wellbeing from local health professionals. It is, after all, Women’s Health Month and a few days before the start of National Women’s Health Week.
This year, experts from The Valley Hospital, Bergen New Bridge Medical Center and Christian Health will focus the following:
- Taking Care of Your Gynecological Health, with Nicole Vilardo, M.D., The Valley Hospital
- Modern Women’s Mental Health: The Unique Mental Health Challenges Women Face, with Darian Eletto, chief clinical officer, Behaviorial Health, Bergen New Bridge Medical Center
- Being Enough: Women, Relationships and Resilience, with Alexis Totaro, R.N., Christian Health
In addition to the guest speakers, the event will also feature dozens of exhibits from top healthcare, beauty and fitness companies as well as demonstrations, swag bags and raffles (all net proceeds will benefit area nonprofits).
Tickets to the event are $45 if purchased online beforehand. A discount will be applied for groups of six or more. The ticket price at the door, if any remain, is $55. Last spring’s event sold out, so get your tickets now.
