For our first-ever Mother/Daughter Makeover Challenge, we’ve selected a deserving pair of local women who have won a customized program to improve their health and transform their minds, bodies and spirits from the inside out.
Our team of experts will work closely with the selected mother and daughter over the next few months, and the transformation will be documented in the pages of Morris/Essex Health & Life, with a “before” article featured in the April/May issue and their new look revealed in the October/November issue.
