With a little help from Mom, this Glen Rock kiddo makes a killer egg salad—or, whoops, eggplant.

You’re never too young to start learning the magic of the kitchen, and Ashlee Puzio of Glen Rock started her daughter, 4-year-old Reese, young. “She’s been cooking since she was 2½-years-old,” says Puzio. “I run a program called Battle Chefs to help kids get creative with food, so it’s always spilling over at home.” Reese is usually a baker, but recently took a swing at cooking eggplant with her mom. Puzio caught a video, which shows Reese talking through the steps of preparing the meal, and posted it to her Instagram. “The best part was listening to her reciting the steps; she was really listening!” says Mom. “A close second was how she kept on referring to the eggplant as egg salad.”
