An Egg-cellent Easter

Rather than hunt for eggs, Ezekiel, 5, and his friends try to catch them during a celebration in Fair Lawn.

Collecting small plastic eggs on Easter is exciting, but what A.R. and Pirpo Legaspi learned this past holiday is that their 5-year-old son, Ezekiel, was in it for a bigger catch. The Legaspis joined family and friends in Fair Lawn for a backyard celebration that included an inflatable bubble house. “The kids enjoyed the weather, they played tag, they had an Easter egg hunt and lots of fun activities,” says father Pirpo, who posted a series of photos and videos of the festivities. “The inflatable bubble house was warm on the cold day and was fun with flying balloons. Since we were celebrating Easter Sunday, it felt like they were catching big eggs.” We hope Ezekiel caught plenty and had a lot of fun!
