All of us could likely do with opting for the stairs rather than the elevator once in a while. Recently, Justine Punla of Hackensack took just such a trip at the behest of her 3-year-old, Cheska—and she got advice in addition to the workout. “You’re too slow because you eat too much candy,” Cheska called back to Justine, who captured the moment and posted it to her Instagram. When asked what she ate to make her so fast, Cheska answered, “Bread and apples!” According to Justine, “We were downstairs picking up a package and, when we were coming back, she just decided she wanted to use the stairs.” As for where she picked up that nutrition advice? “She watches Ms. Rachel [an educational YouTuber] and Peppa Pig all the time, so that’s probably where she got that from!” says Mom.
