Pleasing The Toughest Critics
When it comes to the best bread, these boys have good taste.
Kids can be the toughest critics, so it’s a huge accomplishment when a home cook can please two little ones at the same time. Dawn Locascio of Closter started baking her own sourdough about a year ago. “I would give some out to friends, and they encouraged me to sell them,” she says. “So about three months ago, I started selling bread.” Though her friends thought the bread was good, what do one of her customer’s boys think? She posted this video of Aaron and Levi giving their reviews. “It’s the greatest bread ever,” says Aaron. Levi concurs: “It’s the greatest bread in the whole world.” Adds Locascio, “You know it’s good when the kids say so!”
