At Harley Street Medical, Dr. Karen Hart and Dr. Anne Marie Valinoti bring a differentiated kind of primary care to the community, one based on a deep patient-physician relationship. Concierge members receive a thorough review of their health history, a 60-to-90-minute comprehensive annual exam, and an individualized care plan providing actionable guidance and oversight. This allows the physicians to identify early risks of illness or disease and intervene as necessary. Dr. Hart and Dr. Valinoti take an evidence-based approach to medicine to ensure healthy living and successful aging.

Outside of annual exams and regularly scheduled check-ins, all other primary care needs—including laboratory and diagnostic testing—are covered by Harley Street Medical at no additional cost. Members receive direct access to their physician and care team, as well as same- or next-day appointments. If a member needs a specialist referral, the physicians draw on relationships built over years with top specialists across New Jersey and in New York City, ensuring seamless care coordination.
