Flapjack fans, rejoice! Saturday, Sept. 26 is National Pancake Day, which means it’s the perfect time to fire up the griddle, pull out the maple syrup and indulge yourself in a slow, cozy breakfast that’s perfect for a cool fall morning.
Alternatively, if you can’t be bothered to do the dishes or if you’re crave something a little more special, there are spots all around Bergen that will pile your plate high with fluffy pancakes decked out in blueberries, chocolate chips, lemon curd and more.
