They’re not the Postal Service, but neither rain nor the gloom of last weekend’s nor’easter sidelined members of the Run Walk Skip Run Club a local group of runners that braved the weather for its weekly jog around Saddle River County Park. RWS member Kelsey posted this video of the runners logging their miles, stepping in puddles and having fun in the rain. “Some of us are training for races and don’t easily have access to a treadmill, so we had to run, rain or shine,” she says. “We do know the Saddle River path can flood, so one of us checked to make sure our route wasn’t flooded. We usually get 10 to 20 people on a given Saturday, and for this particular run we had seven of us.” Good luck to all of the runners!
