How many adults does it take to blow out a toddler’s birthday candles? 3-year-old Scarlet got an assist during her family birthday celebration at River Palm Terrace in Edgewater. This festive shot, shared on Instagram by her aunt Judi DiDomenico, features the birthday girl and her two aunts, her grandma and her mom and dad blowing out the candles on her custom cake from Miller’s Bakery in Cliffside Park.
