Read Across America Day (held this year on Monday, March 2) was one for the books at Calvin Coolidge Elementary School in Wyckoff. First grade teacher Mrs. Amelia Troast and aide Mrs. Kim Rauscher dressed up as protagonists Gerald and Piggie, respectively, from We Are in a Book! by Mo Willems as they recited the children’s tome to their students. Bravo, ladies!
