Baby, Meet Bunny
An Old Tappan baby meets two real-life floppy-eared bunnies in preparation for her first-ever Easter.
Photo ops with a dude dressed in an Easter bunny costume are cute, sure, but how about some pics with the real thing? Catherine Husslein of Old Tappan shared a series of sweet photos on Instagram of her 10-month-old daughter, McKenna, getting up-close-and-personal with two furry lop rabbits, Stewie and Stanley, who are their cousin Brielle’s pets. “McKenna loves animals, so we thought it would be a great idea for her to meet two real life bunnies,” her mom tells BERGEN. “We were expecting them to be scared of her and not come out of their beds, but they went right up to her and she absolutely loved them!” McKenna will also be meeting the Easter bunny at the mall soon ahead of her first Easter. “She laughs every time we show her a stuffed bunny and it melts our hearts!” For more of what’s going on around Bergen County, follow us on Instagram @bergenmagnj.
