Baby’s Best Friend
During a visit to Fair Lawn, a tot spends some time with the beloved family dog.
Sometimes, even as a first born, you get an older sibling—they might just have four legs instead of two. On a recent visit to see a close friend in Fair Lawn, baby Emily, who is 13 months old, shared a special moment with family dog Niki, who is 13 years old. Together, they stood on the couch and looked out the window to see what was outside. Emily then gently took the pup’s paw, and Niki was more than happy to hold hands. Mom Julia Ivanova captured the moment and posted it to her Instagram. Of the duo, she says, “They often play together! Emily is very interested in Niki. I was lucky to capture this special, heartwarming moment between them.”
