Being a new parent is hard. Just ask Dominika Zylik of Elmwood Park, who has been taking care of 2-month-old kitten Yeti since Dec. 31. He’s half Ragdoll and half Scottish Fold, and has quickly found a place in Zylik’s home and heart. But first, a challenge—he needed to go to the vet! Zylik captured the outing to PetWellClinic in Paramus on her Instagram, and reports that Yeti was very brave and well behaved during the whole experience. “The vet, Devon Madara, handled him so gently and took the time to answer all my questions,” Zylik reports. She also notes that Yeti weighs only 1.5 lbs. and is already jumping off of couches and beds that are 3 feet tall. “He’s also able to fall asleep easily, even during loud parties,” she says. We wish Yeti and his new “mom” the best of luck!
