For more than 70 years, Bergen Oral & Maxillofacial Surgery (BOMS) has been a trusted provider of surgical care for families throughout Bergen County and beyond. As the area’s only doctor-owned oral surgery practice—founded by two pioneering surgeons and built over generations—BOMS has become a true community cornerstone. With locations in Franklin Lakes, Hackensack, Paramus, and Westwood, each office offers convenient access, free parking, and a consistent, patient-first experience. The newest Paramus location, opened in December, also includes a Med Spa led by Dr. Vincent Novelli, expanding into aesthetic services while reflecting BOMS’ commitment to evolving with patient needs.

Dr. Park adds, “We are committed to providing same- day surgery whenever possible, offering IV sedation, and treating every patient like our own family.”

BOMS’ surgical team brings exceptional credentials and a shared dedication to compassionate, patient-centered care. Dr. Jason Diamond specializes in dentoalveolar surgery, dental implants, wisdom teeth removal, facial trauma, and complex reconstruction. Dr. Vincent Novelli, a dual-degree surgeon, performs the full scope of oral and maxillofacial surgery and directs the Med Spa, with advanced training in facial aesthetics, regenerative medicine, and PRF techniques. Dr. Han, dual board-certified, focuses on advanced implant care, orthognathic surgery, TMJ disorders, and craniofacial trauma. Dr. Park, a diplomate and board- certified, dual-degree surgeon, focuses exclusively on complex dental implant reconstruction, wisdom teeth removal, and advanced sedation techniques. Dr. Jesse Feuerstein, a Bergen County native, is extensively trained in dentoalveolar surgery, dental implants, bone grafting, and trauma care.

Serving a diverse patient population, BOMS offers care in multiple languages and treats patients from Bergen and Rockland Counties, and NYC. Our prominent surgeons are affiliated with Hackensack Medical Center, Columbia NYPH, and St. Joseph’s.
