It’s the third consecutive year Amy Riger has won this award—no surprise to her loyal clients, whom she has been serving for more than 30 years. The name of Riger’s business is an acronym for “aesthetic, intuitive, mindful,” the three-pronged approach she takes to her interior design work. She operates her studio out of her 1,600-square-foot showroom, where she sells tabletop items, home accessories and accent furniture. Customers coming to Riger for an interior design project will cozy up on one of the couches there—she wants them to feel comfortable during the consultation so that she’s best able to understand who they are and how to apply their personal style to their space.
