Bram Alster, D.M.D.

FOR 30 YEARS, Dr. Bram Alster has served patients in Fair Lawn. He and his staff have cultivated a practice where integrity, patient comfort and quality care remain their highest priorities. In a warmly decorated “state of- the-art” office, caring staff make patients feel “at home” from the minute they arrive. With an emphasis on being conservative yet ideal, Dr. Alster explains options to patients to derive a plan that most meets their needs and desires.

Our family practice stays current with the latest technologies and proven techniques and materials in general, cosmetic and implant dentistry. We utilize digital X-rays, quiet drills and laser-warmed syringes for added comfort. Our TV’s in each room provide patient education and serve as a pleasant distraction during treatment. With extensive post graduate training in implant dentistry, prosthetics, full mouth rehabilitation and cosmetic dentistry, as well as Invisalign certification, Dr. Alster creates soft, natural and beautiful smiles that conform and also enhance a patient’s facial features. He maintains a teaching affiliation at St. Joseph’s Regional Medical Center and participates monthly at the prestigious New York Forum Study Club. Most recently his son, Dr. Jason Alster, completed a General Practice residency program at Hackensack University Hospital and has joined the practice part time as he continues to practice in NYC as well. Dr. Bram Alster’s extensive background in restorative and prosthetic dentistry is well complimented by Dr. Jason’s surgical training at Tufts University Hospital and his current participation in the 2 year NYU post graduate surgical implant program.
