Not only is Sept. 23 National Singles Day—yes, it’s a thing—but ’tis the season for lots of single events for men and women of all ages in and around Bergen County. 8Minute Dating in Hillsdale. The Cornerstone in Hillsdale hosts an installment of 8Minute Dating, a national leader in speed-dating. On Sept. 27 from 7 to 9 p.m., daters will have eight 8-minute dates with members of the opposite sex in their age bracket (the dates are divided into two age groups; 32-46 and 47-62).
